Shared drives

Personal home is everyone’s own files; Shared drives are admin-curated workspaces where many users can drop and read files. Use them for team libraries, policy collections, or regulated document sets.

The full guide for Shared drives is being expanded. Until then:

  • Find this surface in the navbar / sidebar under the path shown above.
  • Settings persist instantly; no save button unless the page has one.
  • Every change emits an audit event — see Audit.
