Pollen8 MR

A deployable AI-native EMR + full Mod-RCM on FHIR R4, gated on the pollenix.health entitlement. Built for outpatient primary care, specialty clinics, and inpatient.

What’s in the satellite

Clinical loop. Ambient AI scribe with word-level audio-span citations, problem list with decay signal, continuous medication reconciliation, lab inbox with abnormal-first triage, care plans with chronic-disease auto-flip, allergy + DDI check, vitals + immunizations, referrals (in + out), DICOM via WADO-RS, inpatient ADT.

Revenue cycle. Eligibility (X12 270/271), claim encode (X12 837P/I), acknowledgments (X12 277CA + 999), ERA ingest (X12 835), AI-drafted appeal letters, predictive denial scrubber (NCCI + prior-auth + required-Dx + tenant-historical risk), payer contracts with underpayment detection, patient OOP estimator, per- patient A/R ledger, RCM analytics.

AI moats. Chart Review Agent, Prior-Auth Drafter with FHIR resource citations, AI charge capture (5-15% revenue leak from missed charges), E/M + ICD-10 + CPT code suggester at sign-off.

Patient engagement. Public booking widget, lead-capture form, Google Places review aggregation + automated review-request SMS/email, internal NPS + post-visit survey, public practice profile pages, patient portal with OTP access.

Every write is gated by per-call AuthContext capability tokens (≤30s TTL, single-use, audit-logged) and stamps a Why trace with purpose_code (TREAT / BILLING / PAYMENT) and subject_id (FHIR Patient id).

Coverage-based pricing

Flat fee per active patient panel — not per-encounter, not per- message. The always-on ambient scribe and continuous reconciliation surfaces don’t create metering anxiety. Available via AWS and Azure Marketplaces.

Compliance posture

  • ONC §170.315 2015 Edition Cures Update — surfaces mapped; formal cert in flight with an ACB.
  • BAA available. Files stay in the customer’s cloud — Pollen8 is deployable, not SaaS.
  • EPCS-gated for controlled substances. DEA registration + IAL2 + 2FA enrollment required before flipping the gate.
  • Separate KMS key + separate audit table from non-Health Pollen8 surfaces.
