RCM analytics
RCM analytics
Practice-wide revenue-cycle dashboard. Lives at
/admin/rcm-analytics.
Metrics shown
- First-pass rate — % of claims paid on first submission (no denial, no resubmission, no correction).
- Denial rate by payer — denial % per payer with trend.
- Denial rate by CARC — which denial codes account for the most dollars. Drives the “fix the one thing that breaks 40% of claims” prioritization.
- Days in A/R — average from claim submit to ERA receipt, bucketed by payer.
- Charge-capture lift — additional $ surfaced by AI charge capture vs. provider-only coding.
- Underpayment $ — dollars left on the table per payer, from the contracts module.
- Scrubber catch rate — denials prevented vs. predicted, with the model’s per-rule precision / recall.
Time series
Each metric ships with a 12-month trend line so you can see direction. Filters: by payer, by provider, by service location.
What it doesn’t pretend to be
- Not a benchmark. We don’t compare your practice to “industry averages” because the data sources for those benchmarks are unreliable.
- Not a forecast. Reports are descriptive, not predictive — the scrubber’s tenant-historical model is the only place we predict.
Export
All metrics export as CSV / JSON. Pollen8-built dashboards on top live in the BI satellite — if you want richer visualization or to combine RCM with clinical metrics, pollenix.bi is the right place.
Per-provider productivity
Provider-level breakdown (encounters, charges, RVUs, AR days) lives in Productivity. RCM analytics is practice-wide; productivity is per-doctor.
